Responsibilities include:

  • Being a role model for selling - recruit, train, and coach
  • Building partnership in store with peers and Account Executive
  • Lead a team, based on the ability of developing and giving feedback
  • Develop and implement business-driving events and ensure proper execution to achieve counter productivity goals


  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in sales, preferably cosmetics
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Position is commission-based plus salary.
