Sales Lead / Key Holder

The sales lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving store financial goals by demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies


  • Provide and model legendary customer service to all customers
  • Maintain awareness of customer traffic
  • Achieve shift goals for payroll, store shrink, and transactions
  • Inform supervisor of employee performance issues and concerns
  • Initiate ongoing professional development through the use of available tools and programs
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures
  • Ensure store is clean and maintained to visual standards
  • Support Loss Prevention measures by securing cash, merchandise, and company assets
  • Clearly and specifically provide direction
  • Motivate store team to drive results
  • Recognize positive behaviors and coach to opportunities in a private setting
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding all sales targets including comp and other KPL's 


  • Able to interact effectively with other employees and management
  • Be receptive to feedback, and willing to accept direction and guidance
  • Flexibility with tasks, and ability to multi-task
  • Able to utilize all modes of communication
